Team camaraderie struggles with poor leadership and low pay

Biggest Con is Executive leadership Pay wages/increases are a joke. 2% yearly increase which you're lucky if you even get that. New VPs of the operational department have no insight whatsoever into operational day to day which leaves no experience in how to successfully resolve operational hurdles because more time is spent being REACTIVE then PROACTIVE The Directors of the company (Sr.mgmt) are being phased out slowly, which is very discouraging considering those were the only leaders that actually cared for the hard working employees and improved company moral.
