      Open minded fast reacting company, you benefit from what you put in. Varied, with potential around every corner - not many things are closed. Understanding and appreciation of the creative process.

      Cons

      Sometimes work/life balance needs to be remembered. Was getting better. Focus. Some people may not like the fast paced flexibility required!

      Pros

      Good salary and opportunity for promotion. Loyalty to employees. Often good employee social events, no expense spared. A great bunch of people to work with, all remain friends now. The Company has a great reputation with the top retail stores.

      No training initiatives. Management sometimes too busy to give time to help staff
