Management run the company like its 25 years ago. Obsessed with people being at their desks all the time and even monitor when people come in and how long they take for lunch. Homeworking discouraged. Staff sacked all the time so employees constantly looking over shoulders. Staff turnover for a small company is huge. Owned by one person so all staff perks are reluctantly given. Staff are even expected to wait for hours at Euston and spend their evenings on trains, rather than get on a peak time train back to Manchester if their meeting finishes at lunch. Ridiculous penny pinching!

Poor leadership - lack of guidance, knowledge, experience and proficiency Resistant to change despite the overwhelming requirement Long serving staff have too much control - The company has grown its client base but not its supporting model Blame culture - harsh environment to work in Poorly aligned teams - teams are divided with no collaboration High turnover of staff - various reasons but never seems to be the quality of work Lack of product knowledge No realisation of what needs to be done to improve the company
