Pros

Moder is a fantastic organization that not only provides ample opportunities in your current role for growth but also encourages lateral moves if you’re interested. Most importantly, Moder truly embodies work-life balance in my personal experience with them, not just as an idea but in practice, making it one of the most wonderful aspects of working with Moder.

Cons

Honestly & without being biased, Moder is still young, thriving, geared for massive growth ahead & i haven't found any cons for Moder as of today.

Pros

This is my fourth organization, and I can confidently say it slightly surpasses my first in terms of work-life balance. My manager consistently recognizes and appreciates my day-to-day contributions, which is highly motivating. The team has strong collaboration, creating a positive and supportive work environment. Additionally, the management stands by employees in client-facing situations, which builds trust and confidence.

Cons

From Cons perspective, providing access to integrated learning platforms such as Udemy or Coursera for technology teams would greatly help employees upskill and stay updated with industry trends.
