Fast and loose work culture. Very political.

SO many issues. Most of it stems from the fact that they do not value their employees. They will find any excuse to take money from you and not give it in return. I would not trust anyone in this company. Recruiters tell half-truths and managers spin things to make the narrative work for them. The contracts are vague at best and they use this to their advantage to avoid commitments on their end. The real problem stems from in fighting from the very top. CEO CFO and PMO never agree so issues come and stay the same with no resolve. In this market, you can find something much better and much more worth your time.
