1. Professional Liars Verbally agreed to 1 year. Sent 2 year bond later. This is not a mistake — this is a planned trap. They do this intentionally to every intern. You are not the first victim and sadly won't be the last. 2. Bond = Blackmail A 2 year bond with no salary slip system and no proper HR? That bond is not a contract — that is pure blackmail. "Work for us or get no certificate." Wow. Very legal. Very professional. 👏 3. No Salary Slips — Classic Fraud Signal Every legitimate company gives salary slips. It is basic. It is legal. Mukesoft doesn't do it because they don't want any paper trail of what they are doing. Think about why. It will make sense. 4. Stole Your Last Month Salary You worked. They didn't pay. That is called wage theft and it is a criminal offense under Indian Labour Law. They are not just unprofessional — they are actual thieves. 5. Ghosting After Leaving Calls ignored. Messages ignored. Because they know exactly what they did and have nothing to say. Cowards who hide behind silence. 6. Certificate Hostage Situation Holding your experience letter and internship certificate as leverage to force you to stay longer is manipulative, unethical and frankly disgusting behavior. 7. Vishal & Management — Zero Integrity Told them clearly — multiple times — 1 year only. They smiled, nodded and completely ignored your boundaries on purpose. This is not miscommunication. This is deliberate manipulation. 8. Your Time Was Wasted You joined thinking you would gain experience, a certificate and a salary. You got none of them properly. Every single month you spent there was a month stolen from you that you can never get back. 9. Your Money Was Wasted Travel costs. Food. Energy. Mental stress. You spent real money to go work for people who then refused to pay you. You literally paid them to exploit you. 10. They Are a Fraud Company — Plain and Simple No salary slips + fake verbal promises + illegal bonds + withheld salary + certificate blackmail = This is not a company. This is a scam operation wearing a company costume.
