The company is a work remote business. That means everyone working there is either located within the US or Abroad and all work from home. The flexibility is pretty great and the culture among employees is usually pretty great. Most US employees are all on the business side and developers are international.
Cons
Very poor direction and quick decision changes make it really hard to continue to accomplish the goals you end up creating yourself. Owner is more of an ideapreneur than an actual business owner. The product had a world of potential but no clear direction to achieve that potential.
