I worked at Mycroft full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Salary was good...hours were flexible....ability to do my job and not be overly distracted with company politics.

    Cons

Management did not follow the rules, they would be made aware of problems and do nothing to bring resolution. A lot of sweeping things under the rug.

    Advice to Management

Don't ignore problems, address issues and pay attention to the needs of employees.

I worked at Mycroft full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Your duties at Mycroft change from project to project, but this is not to been seen as a Con but instead a Pro as you are able to develop your skills and grow as an individual and within the organization

    Cons

Mycroft likes self starters, if you are the type of person that is going to wait for training then this is not the place for you.

I worked at Mycroft full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Management has a clear direction of where they would like the company to go. Great communication within the company. The CEO had a monthly meeting with all employees to discuss any questions. Co workers in the St. Louis office were hard working and a pleasure to work with.

    Cons

Compensation was on the low side.

    Advice to Management

Continue the great communication. Adjust starting salaries to reflect skill set and market value.

I have been working at Mycroft full-time

    Pros

Excellent sharp people. Challenging work. Providing training.

    Cons

Good flex time, health care plan is hard to figure out.

    Advice to Management

It is difficult to make all the different teams feel valued. Think outside the box for ways to give employees a pat on the shoulder.

I worked at Mycroft full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co workers are there to give you a hand when needed.

    Cons

Terrible place to work. Was fired with out warning. No support from upper management.. Most people that work there have a copy of their resume on their laptops just waiting to be sent out for a better opportunity.

Marketing is a joke. They bounce around from project to project per CEO.

    Advice to Management

    Get new management
