    I have been working at National Innovation Foundation part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Mainly focused on grassroots innovation and help them to become an entrepreneur.
    - Organize different award functions for students and grassroots to appreciate their ideas and innovations.
    - It is a right place for freshers those who keen to gain knowledge and experience of a National Level grassroots innovation organization.
    - The Digital teammates are supportive and helps to gain experience about technologies and manufacturing processes.
    - Overall environment is good for those who keen to work in/with villages.

    Cons

    - Most of the design projects are done by fabricators.
    - Believes in Quantity rather than quality of work.
    - Improper time management w.r.t converting idea into prototypes.

    Advice to Management

    Kindly, Schedule the time for making prototypes and use the strengths of employees which will help employee as well the organization to grow as professional more.

    Salary is very less and the level of accountability is very much

    Flexible nature in terms of working hours, a flat system of management, friendly atmosphere,

    No proper distinction of responsibilities, salary inadequate, work is not long term profit oriented

    Advice to Management

    defining of responsibility is required to make people accountable for his/her work. Also a system of appreciation of hard working, based on incentives might drive up the quality and quantity of work.

    Too many levels of hierarchy. Delay in usage of funds.

    As it is a govt funded non profit organisation, things might not mover at the pace at which you want them to move.

    Advice to Management

    You are doing a really great job with the innovators but at times the expectations from the employees is over-burdening.
