Some trips can be enjoyable. Fun parties. Most people are fun to work with.
Cons
Unprofessional higher ups (Directors) will spread rumors about you to the entire company. They create fake job titles to make you feel important. 3/4 of the company has a management title. Too many cooks, easy decisions take months to make. Low pay for how much money you make the company. Your job is to scam old folks out of their gold and silver. Co workers brag about paying 10 percent on 30k worth of product. $5000 deductible for health insurance.
I recently left National Rarities to pursue a new opportunity in my desired career path, and I’m incredibly grateful for all the experience and support I received during my time there. NR played a key role in preparing me for the next step in my professional journey. Here are a few benefits of working here :)
A positive, growth-oriented culture
Strong leadership support, especially when promoted to a manager role
Opportunities to lead projects, ask questions, and gain hands-on leadership experience
Building meaningful relationships while traveling with different teams
A balanced work structure with travel and an office setting
Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company
Genuine appreciation and support from my team when I transitioned out of the company
I wouldn’t be where I am today without National Rarities and will always be thankful for my time there.
Cons
It is a traveling job, so you have to like to travel around half the time
