I worked at Neora full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The work environment was good. There was no sense of office politics until about a year to 2 years ago. I would definitely give Nerium from 2 years ago 5 stars. Going to work was something you looked forward to. And it showed in the company performance as well.

    Cons

New recruits at chief level involve heavily in favoritism and this causes distrust among employees. Going to work felt like it - work. It was always difficult to have to support ideas that were not going to yield results just for the sake of the respective favorites and the respective chief officer supporting them. Capable employees were either quitting or being let go.

    Advice to Management

It is clear since when the work culture at Nerium changed and what major changes occurred then that performance changed. Rectifying those changes would definitely bring goodwill to the existing employees. The management that has been at Nerium from 2 years ago, and are still there, are very capable and can definitely set the company to succeed.

    I worked at Neora full-time

    Pros

There are a lot of really good hard working people throughout the company. The team I worked with was the only thing that kept me around.

    Cons

Nerium is a company heading in the wrong direction with a nearly non-existent CEO, poor executive management, and legal and financial issues. You have a management team with ranks filled with friends and family who significantly lack leadership skills and should not be in leadership roles. The environment is very chaotic and political. The legal issues are public record and come from all sides of the business including...

    Advice to Management

The only thing I can say here is all of management needs to be replaced but with a family and friends environment this team will be there until the end.

I worked at Neora full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Holiday parties. Other than that there isn't really a pro to this place.

      Cons

Favoritism, no structure, compensation, management takes credit for the hard work that you put in.

      Advice to Management

Management needs to stop playing favorites. They need to seek the strengths in their employees. They need to be able to be address for their actions without have the employee fear for their job.
