      if you are seeing yourself as a 0-experience, this company is like a school that hires new grads.

      Cons

      ...that hires new grads to use all of their energy, time and sanity and not giving anything in return. still they'll ask you to stay overtime which is unpaid. less than half of the market standard salary. learn all you can and first moment that you understand that you can't get anything more from there, apply somewhere else.
