    Pros

    Advice to Management

Improve the business development department, focus more on markets, get bigger projects and clients.

I have been working at Netpace full-time

    Pros

Good opportunity to learn new technology and position yourself for next role. If you want to do something, you will have the opportunity even if you lack the experience

    Cons

CEO believes he knows most things and doesn't listen to feedback too much. He also pretends to have experience that he doesn't have and is quite unethical. Salaries are not too high and he doesn't show much respect for his employees.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to give feedback. Do not treat your employees like animals or as if you are the only person who cares about your work.
