There are great people who work for this company, but no leadership to help support them. I didn't leave because of the job itself, I left because of the management. I really did want to stay, but immaturity leads to poor leadership and I wasn't getting the training and respect I deserved.
The culture is absolutely awful. Horrible work/life balance and absolutely no trust. So much negativity and unprofessional language around the office. Most people are only there as a filler job until something better comes along.
No sick or vacation time!!
The president of NSI is an absolute joke. He doesn't care about his employees, all he cares about is "are we making money?" Tells you to do personal favors for him, but doesn't let you take your own personal time away from "on the clock" time. Very negative about himself, and is very out of touch with his employees. There needs to be an evaluation of his position in order to help the company grow. It all trickles from the top down.
