Pros
I worked really closely with Jim to develop marketing efforts for the practice and to promote Title Leap. I learned a lot about the real estate industry and business from Jim in a year. The Title Leap team is like a startup hidden inside a legal office, and it's a great environment to be creative and witness innovation unfold. Also, I got a nice Christmas bonus!
Cons
As someone who was still green to marketing at the time, I did feel isolated and wish I had something like a mentor in-house who I could go to for help with marketing projects.
