I appreciate the recent trainings done in Nobel and I recommend a 2018 full of trainings for employees.

I have tried thinking of a pro, but there are none. If you are in a desperate need of a job try something else.
Cons
Most of the pay is in the form of a bonus which to obtain you must be their obeying slave.
I worked all weekends for almost 1 year.
Colleagues were great, but you will be treated as a piece of toilet paper.
If you want to leave in the first year they will threaten you with a law suit for 2000 Euros because of the paid training, training that is done at any job.
Avoid at all costs.

Don't treat your employees as slaves, they are human beings. I hope your company goes bankrupt.
