They do have a really great managed IT offering.
Cons
Management and staff have rotated out like a revolving door. In my time there I personally had 5 or 6 different managers and saw tons of sales reps come and go. Customer service is horrible. If a business wants to cancel their service, good luck on ever getting a call back. There was no real direction locally, no advancement opportunities, no ongoing trainings, just a lot of micromanaging from the top. Starting pay is not great. You can find better elsewhere and not have to deal with an industry that is struggling. I mean, with a lot of businesses going paperless and with remote workers, who needs a copier lease? There will always be those that do, but not like it was 5 years ago.... There are sooooo many other places that you can make as much or more without all the BS.
