A large portion of the company is based in Vietnam. Being part of the team in the US means that there are a lot of meetings between 9pm-12am, which can be difficult. There's also potential lag between questions and answers because of the vast time zone difference. Finally, there's also a slowing effect for employees who don't speak Vietnamese. All employees speak English, but not always fluently, which means that sometimes critical discussions must be put on hold until an interpreter is available, and then the process of interpreting also slows things down.
None of these are deal breakers in my mind, but they are important parts of the workplace dynamic that are good to know in advance.
If I recall correctly, at the time of my employment there was no company-paid insurance available. That might not be the case anymore.
