    Pros

    Pay and benefits are acceptable.

    Cons

Territory Managers support is imbalanced. One region has excellent leadership and other region is in turmoil. Upper management either does not care or does not know.

    Advice to Management

Find people that want to work with the sales team and understand how to sell.

    Pros

Small office so you have green light for decision making.
Working here is never "boring" as there is always something to do! With the organization being lean, you often wear several different hats and you don't focus yourself on just one mundane task.

    Cons

Lacks processes and systems which can be frustrating at times.
Additionally, there seems to be minimal opportunities for movement within the organization.

I have been working at Nutricia full-time

    Pros

If you enjoy playing games, like musical chairs or pin the tail on the donkey this is your dream job. You will be surrounded by "leadership" whose intellect and decorum equates to that of pre-school children. The pro to that is, they are easy to outwit, making the "job" manageable. If you have a sense of humor, this place will provide you with endless laughs as you watch these clowns try to navigate through the most simple tasks. You can travel around the country, even the world on Nutricia's dime and call it your individual development.

    Cons

    - countless unproductive and unnecessary conference calls, unformatted reports requesting useless information created by colleague who need to satisfy a box on their performance plan.
    - placed on "committees" requiring additional work which amounts to nothing actionable, again to appease someones yearly review.
    - unless you conform to the ways of the narcissistic, unmedicated sociopaths who consider themselves "leaders", you will quickly become a target. At the end of the year, they will sit in a room and "calibrate" the sales team. It's deplorable, unethical and vile. The hypocrisy and bravado seeping from the room is unfathomable. All of which is suppose to be "confidential". Nothing is confidential here except the infidelity which runs ramped within this organization. Even those escapades eventually come to light.
    - due to the unskilled leaches who camp here for years, knowing they would never survive in a real organization, there is a lot of CYA type of behavior starting from the very top.
    - during your interview process you will be informed of the numerous "opportunities" you will have should you be lucky enough to be accepted into their clown college. This is only one example from their disillusioned rhetoric.
    - dishonesty is the core of the culture at Nutricia.

    Advice to Management

Remove your head from the trough you hover over like greedy, self righteous pigs. It's never too late to change, repent and become honorable people with integrity. But then again, when you sell your soul, which most of you have, you may be a lost cause.

To anyone at Danone who may read this, investigate before my book is published.

I worked at Nutricia full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits. 8% 401 K match, 6-month maternity leave. Parent company is Danone

    Cons

The higher ups tend to treat their minion unfairly. Lots of turn over due to specific key players that make it bad for the rest of them. Their HR favor certain employees and unfairly make poor decisions.

    Advice to Management

If you have several people leave the company because of one person, perhaps you should really look into that person. Check out your exit interviews and she who has the most complaints...

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Good products!!!!!! That is it unfortunately. Nothing else. If you want to be treated like the dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe for doing your work then this is your place. If you like to work with a management team who lies then this is your place.

    Cons

Management. Lack of solid leadership. Very high school and cliquish. Absolutely no professionalism. A lot of lies and covering up. The most unethical organization I have ever been a part of.

    Advice to Management

The organization knows what they need to do, they just refuse to do it! That's why it's a revolving door. Management think their God. Very disappointing.
