We are really pleased that you have mentioned looking after our people's well being. It is our people who make O2 the great place it is so looking after our peoples' mental health is one of our priorities particularly during the pandemic. You mention limited promotion from within which surprises us. All of our internal vacancies are advertised and we ran our Evolve programme last year which saw lots of internal mobility within our organisation. It was so succesful we are running the programme again this year.
