I have been working at One Call full-time for less than a year

    Pros

So far, I have been very impressed. My hiring class seems to be full of a wide range of competent individuals from different cultures, experiences, and ages. We've been set up on a 6 week training course that will be very thorough, so we are capable of hitting the ground running when the time comes. Benefits listed are truly awesome, which at face value shows the company cares about its employees. All of the supervisors,...

    Cons

It is an under-developed company. It is under going tremendous growth through new fields, and expanding clientele and existing networks, so they are experiencing growing pains operationally from that; however, that's really not a true con for the job market. It really just means a larger job market and for specific individuals qualified for the right positions, a foot to stand on for compensation arguments once you get...

I have been working at One Call full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Decent Benefits Long vacation chances if you start at the start of the year. Almost always looking for work Always offering Overtime

      Cons

Low pay Raises and bonus keep decreases. Depending on your team, your ability to take vacation is held hostage.

      Advice to Management

After removing 50% of the management positions you've limited growth. A PROMOTION DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN UNDERVALUE A RAISE. I received a promotion after being promised it for 18 months, and then my year end raise after was 4 cents others received 30 cents. I'm currently the same pay as someone below me. Stop buying bad companies and punishing the rest of the company for their poor performances, merit based raises should...

I worked at One Call full-time for more than a year

      Pros

One of the better call centers to work for where you are treated with respect by everyone. 3 weeks paid vacation and 3 floating holidays. The job itself is rewarding knowing that you help injured people. The people you work with are amazing.

      Cons

The job is by no means easy at the beginning. The company will tell you this will be one of the most challenging jobs you will ever had and its no lie.

      Advice to Management

None really management was good and fair.

      No opinion of CEO

I worked at One Call full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

You get a lot of experience Management is not super strict

      Cons

Been through 3 CEOs in the last few years Management is constantly changing Leadership is not properly trained The raises are TERRIBLE Very stressful environment Unrealistic expectations Does not care about employees

      Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and actually take action. Work harder to retain valuable employees. You lose good people trying to keep from paying them what they deserve just to replace them with someone that will only be there a year.
