Pros

From the first day i started at OpenPayd I had a friendly and warm welcome. The team has great values and strives for excellence on a daily basis. Working in such a positive environment also provided me with opportunities for growth and expansion within the fintech sector. The company is well organised and the exec team keeps everyone updated on a regular basis of what is happening within the company. OpenPayd also offers great flexibility and benefits for its employees which is a bonus.

Cons

Pros

Great location, options to grow both vertically and horizontally, exposure to various types of services, industries, clients, processes, etc. The people are lovely. It's a safe and welcoming environment for everyone at the start of their Fintech/payments career, as well as for people with a wealth of experience.

Cons

There is a constant need for more resources in terms of people, so I would be super happy if whoever is reading this would apply to our open roles!

Pros

Working here has been both enjoyable and fulfilling. Colleagues are genuinely friendly, quick to collaborate and always keen to tackle complex problems together. Leadership invests real effort in keeping everyone aligned around a clear vision and mission, which means we pull in the same direction rather than working in silos. The company marries start-up agility with mature processes, so you have the autonomy to run with ideas, yet the frameworks are in place to ensure your hard work is recognised and converted into tangible results. Initiative is not only welcomed but actively encouraged, so you can drive organisational change and see the impact almost immediately. You learn daily from top-notch experts, benefit from robust technology and first-class tools, and interact with culturally diverse teammates from all over Europe.

Cons

The main drawback is the same factor that makes the job exciting - rapid growth. The tempo can be intense and isn’t for the faint-hearted. But there is a lot of focus on well-being and perks to maintain the work-life balance.
