    I worked at OpenWay Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    A technology company which invest on it's staff and being flexible to the team. Comprises of teams across different countries which are helpful and resourceful.

    Cons

    Lack in solutioning and vision. Career advancement is limited vertically, however horizontal advancement is good.

    Advice to Management

    Improve marketing and learn from our competitors what they are doing. Also improve in solutioning than just only product development

    Pros

    salary, traveling, bonus,s alary, salary

    Cons

    extra working hours unpaid,
    Managers do not have the skills to manage people,
    Uneven split of work if you are new you have a workload,
    the support positions are awful,
    the system is poorly design full of bugs and flaws in the implementation in all modules.

    Advice to Management

    Change you managers ,teams structure, make the environment less competitive ,
    Give value to the people and you will be rewarded.

    Flexible hours, good benefits, interesting scope of work, good environment

    Cons

    Career opportunities are not clear, usually lots of pressure at work, demanding job, high competition

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees in a more fair manner. Pay attention to their opinions and advice for improvements. Show your appreciation to the ones who keep trying and contribute to the company.

    Pros

    Challenging tasks, a good place to enhance your skills. Nice benefits. Ability to travel extencively for some positions.

    Cons

    People are permanently overloaded. No work-life balance, it is impossible to plan your week. Strong bureaucracy.

    Pros

    Atmosphere is good, social package is good, salaries are little bit higher than average, people are good

    Cons

    live on workplace, no career oportunities, doing the same things almost all the time, no chances to become a manager

    Pros

    Société internationale, nombreuses possibilités de voyager. Package salariale très complet avec de nombreux bonus. Budget voiture de société assez impressionnant.

    Cons

    Evolution du salaire assez lente comparée aux concurrents en particulier étrangers (mais reste très convenable pour la Belgique). Travail assez complexe.

    Bon environnement de travail, bonne ambiance d'équipe.
    Travail varié et complexe. Peu de routine.
    Bureaux faciles d'accès (pas en plein centre de Bruxelles).
    Salaire et avantages attractifs

    Cons

    Perspectives d'évolution de carrière peu claires.
    Management pas toujours à l'écoute des employés.
    Milieu très concurrentiel et la société semble avoir du mal à s'adapter.
    Produit très complexe et peu facilement adaptable aux besoins.

    Advice to Management

    Prévoyez un plan de carrière pour les employés. Fixez des objectifs et assurez-vous de leur suivi.
    Accompagnez plus les employés.
    Vouloir des consultants flexibles et indépendants dans leur travail ne veut pas dire que vous devez les laisser livrés à eux-mêmes.
