Plethora of Issues (Even Before COVID)

Pros

There used to be some.

Cons

Given false statements around the financial security of the business, only to lay off most US employees just a few weeks into COVID. CEO is all over the place with vision and management style, and it trickles down the entire org. A lot of work for little reward, both in terms of compensation and appreciation.

Thank you for the feedback. Building a startup is difficult. OpsRamp faces the typical challenges of a fast-paced environment and the company continues to build and improve the features for its world class products. We acknowledge during the process some team members are affected. Under the CEO’s leadership, we have now identified where the company focus lies and are investing to build the engineering and product management teams to achieve our goal. The company continues to scale, we not only want to build a great product but also offer an enjoyable and rewarding work environment. We wish you would have provided your feedback during your employment with OpsRamp so you can help us build a better work environment. Nevertheless, we wish you all the best in your future endeavor.

Thank you for the feedback. As one of the Forbes' Top Cloud Computing Companies to Work For, it's people like you that help us receive this honor. Our CEO believes in building a culture that values people regardless of their position. Everyone at OpsRamp believes in creating a supportive culture, seek employee feedback, and value good communication. It is our CEO and executive leadership's belief to create a work environment fostering transparency. It is not perfect, but we try hard to enforce it and we are committed. Albeit in the midst of the unprecedented pandemic crisis, this is a very exciting time for OpsRamp and we have more great things to come in the future. As we adapt to the current economic climate and set ourselves up for continued success in the years to come. We are blessed with engaging employees who understand their work affects business outcomes. We are unhappy to hear about your feeling. Our CEO encourages and would appreciate hearing more so we can improve things. Thank you for all you do. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! You name it. Leadership: fly-by-the-seat of your pants, dreamed of it last night type decisions. Emotional, vindictive, self absorbed, most likely lying to you type personalities. Product: it does anything. It can vacuum the floor, wash your cloths and apply AIOPs to all aspects your life. The product is a collection of market buzzwords stitched together to form a giant SaaS clunker, in a very competitive market full of amazing products. Culture: you might as well work in a third world country. Cheap, offshore look and feel throughout the entire organization. To name a few ...

Thank you for your feedback. Thank you for being a loyal employee for more than 5 years. We are sure you have seen the earlier day's chaos and probably contributed to the company's continuous improvement during your employment. Unfortunately, you left with such a disappointing perception of the company. 2021 is a turning point year for the company as we gear ready for the next growth phase. OpsRamp is proud of what we have accomplished since the inception of the company and we want to take this opportunity to appreciate all employees who help us achieve the impossible. We are not perfect, but we have many employees who believe in our product and support our CEO's initiatives. Again, thank you for your feedback and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
