      Pros

      Pay, time off and benefits are great - which is why I stayed for as long as I did. You are not held accountable for the work you do not get done because they change things so often. They don't let anyone go so stick around for the ride.

      Cons

      They are desperate to get bought out and run around last minute trying to get investor money to make payroll. CEO is a nice guy but he stays out of sight and I am not sure he knows what is actually going on around there.
