      Great team of SDRs, but management is oblivious and has no answers

      Pros

      Most of other SDRs are great people!

      Cons

      1. Management. They actually couldn’t care less about anything. You can come to them and ask for whatever and they are not going to care at all and will give you no response. 2. 15 min walk from parking in Tampa is a joke. Most of SDRs parking is not in the building and a long walk away. No matter rain or heat or traffic. Look at reason #1 3. Management changes every 2-5 months. There is no stability. Goals change as fast as it could be. 4. Demanding to work overtime without pay. 5. Promoting and keeping mostly “finance bros”

      Pros

      - Flexibility of working from home, WeWork (or other co-working space) or hybrid. - Good Culture - Good learning opportunity as you have full ownership of tasks with access to almost everything. - Offsite is premium locations like Goa, Udaipur and Coimbatore - Flat hierarchy, even the CTO works with you on tasks - You will get all the resources you need to compete with a high-paced world, like subscriptions to Claude Code, Co-pilot, etc - Decent Compensation - Every employee is mature and takes full ownership

      Cons

      - Hikes are decent but not competitive with other Bangalore-based start-ups.
