Overplay is one of the best companies to work with if you like game development. It's a great flexible environment and professionals are eager to help each other. Less competitive than other industries, game development field is a good place to work if you are looking for a extremely multi-cultural environment.
Cons
The compensation and benefits are not so good as other IT companies in the field. Brazilian game industry is still low, so it's hard to look for another job in the same field.
