Pros
I enjoy working here and like having the opportunity to try new things and be involved in multiple different projects. I'm not locked down to doing one or a few specific tasks and have the opportunity to take on new projects / new things as they become available. I also like the company's focus on continued growth as it gives the opportunity for employees to continue learning which makes everyone a more valuable asset
Cons
There is an expectation here that employees work to continually grow as both an employee and as an individual. Being stagnant in life is not an option at this office so if someone is just looking to collect a paycheck then this may not be the place for them
