PcPlus Networks has been the best place I've ever worked. The environment is laid back and coworkers are awesome! The CTO helps us advance our career. He teaches us daily. There's great work/life balance. I see how loved the company is by customers and couldn't have asked for a better company to work for.

Cons
Due to cultural differences women aren't treated the same as males. No opportunity for advancement or growth. Expectations to run errands in your personal vehicle without gas or mileage reimbursement. Assistant is expected to serve as office cleaning crew. No raise or increase in pay or formal evaluation. Owner sometimes raises his voice when he is overwhelmed or upset. It has been a revolving door of Administrative Assistants. That should be a message to the owner.
