      The company enhances an individuals career and there is a lot of room for growth. A lovely environment and a good start for fresh graduates.

      Cons

      The sad thing is that the salary is not that great.

      - Hybrid Setup, only required to report 5 times in a month - My supervisor was very kind and supportive - Workplace environment is good, not that toxic

      Cons

      - Too much workload, not par with the salary that you have. - While starting salary may be big, increases are not that high enough and way below the market.
