Pros

Mostly good coworkers. When there is work you can get alot of overtime. When work is slow you get madatory unpaid days off. Opportunities for some employees to learn new skills.

Cons

Unprofessional and unethical practices by management. Pay raises only come every few years to offset insurance increases. Everyone held to different standards and expectations.

Cons

Pay is at the low end of the spectrum, and raises and promotions are extremely rare. The turnover rate is terrible because of this.
