Pros

Very flexible culture, great team dynamics, and it's engineers from top to bottom.

Cons

Due to the flexible nature of the company, if you aren't self-motivated and resourceful, you run the risk of falling behind. Most of the employees here are mid and senior level developers, so it's expected that you grasp the basics and can fend for yourself. This isn't to say that the teams are unhelpful, quite the contrary. I could just see a newer developer feeling overwhelmed if he's not a proactive go-gettter.
