      Poor planning, underestimating complexity of the product, rush for cheap labor

      Work environment is good, good office space, snacks

      Cons

      Personal growth is very limited because revenue doesn't grow Morale is low, engineers stopped working hard after 03/2013 acquisition, huge turnover Management has no loyalty to employees, tries to outsource more and more engineering jobs to India
