There are truly no more pros to this organization. Everything is wiped away by the poor management.
Cons
The fact is that there is pervasive dissatisfaction with and mistrust of the Executive team/ senior leadership across the organizations.The morale here is awful,There is a serious lack of transparency or communication from the senior ranks. The new CEO and HR are not consultative, even vindictive toward those who challenge and they were subsequently shown the door. It is a disturbing pattern of behavior. The organization lacks vision and is executive team not collegial with staff, bordering on arrogant, which sets a toxic tone for organizational culture that is antithetical to Pathfinder’s mission. Every week someone gets fired or a whole division is asked to resign. There are very few senior technical staff left. The work environment at Pathfinder has gone from being positive, collegial, family friendly, and mission-focused to being poisonous and distressing on an emotional and professional level. Every other day there are new departures, and dismissals, of beloved staff. It is only a matter of time before all the talent has been drained from the organization. It is hugely demoralizing and alarming. If you are considering working here, DO NOT.
