Marketing is quite difficult because everyday you have quota for new customer sign ups. Managers will push you to get your quota and it is very complicated because of PDPA and customers do not easily give their details. Marketing means you need to go out of your branch and look for people to sign up as new customers.

Design and development lack alignment. - No career growth - Whether it is your birthday, new year, or christmas, there are no greetings. even AI could do better. - You can be removed from the team at any time without clear reason or notice.
