    Pros

    Health insurance of whole family is 100% covered. Work-life balance is good

    Cons

    Change is slow due to the nature of business. The business isn't that exciting.

    Pros

    Benefits and lots of them. Free health coverage for the whole family. Plenty of PTO. And just a lot of people who really care about you.

    Cons

    Every job has its challenges. People and process have their highs and lowes. Delivery of product is often slow and Behind schedule. But nothing out of the ordinary.

    Advice to Management

    Make a plan and stick to it.
