Single plan insurance is great but the family plan is expensive.

Pros
Large company with a small company feel. You always have someone to reach out to if needed. I don't feel micromanaged but I do feel supported. Continued education and training are always available.
Cons
I sometimes wish I had more feedback from my AM on reports.

Pros
I have worked for Pedcor Management for just shy of 12 years. I started as a Leasing Representative and have slowly worked up to Area Manager over the years. That is one of the many great benefits of working with Pedcor. The opportunity for advancement and growth. The company is ever growing which opens opportunities for the people already employed by Pedcor. I have always felt that I was treated well and valued as an employee. Not once have I left a situation or conversation feeling like "just a number" but rather a valued asset to the company. Pedcor has an exceptional training program along with a network of resources and people to lean on or turn to. As an employee out on the field, this was especially important. The benefits package is also great.

I have no complaints about my time working for Pedcor Management. I thoroughly enjoy the job, company, and the people that I work with/for.

Pros
I have worked for Pedcor Management for over 7 years. During that time, I have been promoted from Property Manager to Area Manager. Pedcor promotes from within their own company. They promote diversity in the workplace. They give you the tools you need to succeed. Even though Pedcor Management is a large company with properties coast to coast, they have a very family-oriented feel. I love working for Pedcor Management and plan on retiring with this company.

There are no cons that come to mind, as I believe a job is what you make of it.
