Can have a very hectic schedule

They management actually doesn't care about the customer and makes us tell the customer to "call a plumber" about anything they don't want to deal with. It puts us in really awkward and uncomfortable situations. They just decide they don't like the customer or don't want to deal with whatever the issue / complaint / thing we broke and outsource it to a different contractor. It's bad for the customer and bad for company morale.
