Pros
Culture - leadership has worked hard to appreciate all the employees, reward, and most importantly, enable to be successful Smart people without egos - some of the smartest, most giving people I have worked with...most of which would go out of their way to help the overall good Flexibility - ability to execute your job in your way to get to the agreed upon finish line Leadership - very transparent, personable, and will not hesitate to roll up their sleeves to help out! On-boarding - Great new hire enablement with all the pertinent teams without it being information overload Free lunch and dinner!
Cons
Growing rapidly - causes some issues with processes/rearranging in the office/booking meeting rooms Reactive Fire Drills - a couple of campaigns have initiated with top priority and required immediate attention

Pros
Quite honestly, I had no idea what it was like to get excited about going to work every day prior to Periscope Data. From the questions we try to answer and problems we try to solve, to the incredibly intelligent people I work with, to the Periscope pace we work at, I could not be happier. I am challenged to know more and do better on a daily basis. Those challenges push me to learn something new and ultimately build the value that I can offer the company; all of which is motivated by wanting to see the impact I can make. One of the best parts of Periscope Data is the opportunities every employee has to make a difference to the company and how it operates. On a weekly basis we celebrate those wins over a drink, and acknowledge each other's work. This sort of transparency amongst the company is very much a part of its identity, which is great as you always know what's going on and how we are doing. The leadership team is the best I've ever had. They are all people that I look up to and trust to keep us headed in the right direction, which is important for me and knowing that what I am doing actually matters. What's more is that they are super nice people and love getting to know everyone!
Cons
I wouldn't change a thing.
