Pros
Feels like a family to work with, the atmosphere is friendly and playful Guests are for most of them very friendly (which is not always the case when you work in a restaurant)
Cons
Salary is super low - even when you finally get a pay raise, this one is ridiculously low A lot of stress from the upper management : you have to upsell everything, get a million good Google review every single week You can barely take your 30min break per day but it's still removed from your pay check
