I have been working at Playtech full-time

    Pros

    - new technologies are used
    - friendly environment
    - very big system which is using different technologies. This creates challenges but it helps you to learn a lot, not only about the technologies but also management.

    Cons

    - new projects come, but always some certain people are given the best piece of cake.
    - bad management
    - lack of communication between the dev and managers
    - bad planning
    - too much bureaucracy
    - very bad salary increase

    Advice to Management

    - stand beside your employees. the company is rich and can easily provide better to its own employees. otherwise you will carry on losing the best developers.

I have been working at Playtech full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice office, after work events from time to time, good developers, multi national teams and team members. That's about it.

    Cons

Poor upper management that make irrational decisions. Promises and lies to people - in salary increases and job promotions - none of them turn to be true.
Extensive overtime treated not like overtime, good people getting burned out due to lack of involvement and care from the management.
Not recommending this company to any of my friends.

    Advice to Management

Listen to other's people's ideas and try to cooperate with the teams.
    Keep your promises!
Take care of good people so they don't end up burned out.
Take care of good people so they don't leave the company - currently a lot of senior team members have left in the past 6 months due to lack of involvement from the managers side.
Give decent salary annual salary raises - for a company that makes billions and billions of euros, it's a shame to increase the salary of a developer with only 50 euros after tax.
