    You have great opportunity to take your time developing the perfect solution.

    Cons

    Development and turn around of changes take a lot of time. None work culture is almost none existent.

    Local entity really tries to take care of their employees, have vast benefits&training systems in place.

    Cons

    Comp is off, company gives no freedom to its employees, treat them like factory workers, not intelligent developers.

    Pros

    A lot of knowledge for the Betting industry can be acquired and thus enrich your CV for future opportunities.

    Cons

    Not the best salaries, but decent for the Country's standards. Not very liberal on the work schedule.

    Advice to Management

    Make the environment a little bit more fun and increase the remunerations, so the Traders would be more motivated to perform well.

    Pros

    - great office and location
    - work with top gamling Licensee, if yuo love gambling , of course

    Cons

    - not healthy work environmnet
    - it`s ok to use excessive profanity at work
    - lot`s of harrasement due to your nationality from other offices
    - that`s ok to call you late at night in emergency situation, and that kind of emergencies are not payed off at all
     - lack of procedures and procees in the company

    Advice to Management

    - try to pay attention to what your employees write to HR and react
    - improve corporate culture

    I have been working at Playtech full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Friendly staff which are rapidly getting tired. If your employees understand what is happening they may be more helpful.keeping them in the dark results in less work per employee.

    Cons

    Poor management decisions. Poor communication with staff that keep your company going. Playtech took over less than a year ago and unless your in a high management position you will not know what is happening.

    Talk to your staff.

    Burocracy, bad communication among departments, absence strategical vision cause every day priority changing
