      Ever-changing in good ways

      Pros

      Excellent support from management and team, fantastic, diverse culture, great pay, really good work-life balance. Good product with a lot of demand. Don’t even think about applying here if you can’t handle a lot of change!

      Cons

      Product can be a bit confusing to understand and explain. Homeowners that we work with often have complicated property titles that slow down the process. This can create many delays and frustration on the part of homeowners. Also, time kills all deals. Don’t even think about applying here if you can’t handle a lot of change!

      I enjoy every aspect of this job. The money is here with the new comp plan.

      Cons

      I would like to see the sales team become more aggressive but also recognize that at times we need to protect the company.

      Amazing fintech company!

      Pros

      The culture here is amazing, everyone comes happy to be at work and be surrounded by good people. The employee benefits are wonderful. Colleagues feel like family but we still get things done. The diversity here is on Point (see what I did there).
