      Great team, but always told to work harder to solve being understaffed

      Pros

      *I really like everyone that I work with *The events are lots of fun, and people actually attend them *They will pay for certs you get in your free time *Really cool benefits (VTO, 2 year trip, 5 year trip, crazy company-purchased white elephant gifts, yearly company camping trip)

      Cons

      *Not enough technicians for the ever-increasing workload *Management's solution to clients being upset with our response time is more overtime and working harder *Management seems to care more about profits than technician stress levels *Techs should not expect to get anything resembling a full night of sleep when on call *Get any promises management makes to you in writing

      This place probably won’t be for everyone, but if you want a place that’s heavy on events and employee life, PDX is for you. Everyone knows each other, and an emphasis is placed on personal growth.
