Pros
You get to play with all sorts of new technology. You get to do whatever you want with your time.
Cons
You have a boss that treats you like dirt. He will abuse you and promise you things that he never follows through with to get what he wants out of you. He lies continuously, that is all he knows how to do. He buys technology that is used from auctions, sells it as brand new. He uses illegal licensing for Microsoft Products. Many of his technician could not pass a drug screen if they tried. The tension in the workplace is way to high. There is no teamwork what so ever. Everyone else tries to take credit for everyone else's work.
