Very positive team environment, very personable people. Enjoyable social life. Allows lots of flexibility for more junior people to get opportunities to learn and develop their career as well as discover new talents and change direction.

Cons

Lack of process and too much blame culture at times. Missing depth in terms of levels of seniority up and down. Missing long term direction and strategy . Lacks presence in digital community to attract new talent.
