      This is the worst place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      Hours were normal. I had time to be home with my kids, but that is all that was good about this place.

      Cons

      They don't care about their employees. I was constantly talked down to like I was a small child. The owners only care about money and are shady in their business deals.

      Fast Paced but Great Management

      • Management will go out of their way to help you in any way they can •Supportive Staff •Competitive pay •Fast paced environment

      Cons

      •Pay could be higher to match the volume clinics see •Communications between the front and techs could be improved •Staff shortages occur frequently which makes it difficult to balance the Volume of patients with limited floats to help •Can be stressful between ensuring patients are check in accordingly, authorizations are obtained, insurance is verified, taking calls for scheduling, and managing incoming patients to be contacted for scheduling. •Between the Patient service rep responsibilities and assisting scheduling department throughout the day leaves no down time to complete additional tasks.
