Pros

There is nothing all the reviews on here were asked to be put up by upper management

Cons

Everything... all upper management cares about money in their pockets. The HR department is a joke the person that so called runs it knows nothing at all and it’s bad for the business. If you want to work in a cult you should apply. Oh and you will be over worked and not paid for your missed breaks or lunches.

Pros

Experience in different fields, networking

Cons

Terrible pay, horrible HR department, people in positions that have no experience, degree or management skills, have 1 person doing 3+ people's jobs with no additional compensation, no raise, very small room for advancement and promotions, unqualified people in manager positions.

Pros

I worked with a wonderful General Manager and co worker, I lucked out! The schedule was great for me and the center location was close to home which was a plus.

Cons

Where to begin! Admins are so under appreciated by the higher bosses it’s insulting. The admins are the back bone of this company, without us the day to day responsibilities would never get done. The pay is ridiculous for the amount of work they require of you. The managers are the ones who benefit the most. A very extravagant holiday party is thrown at a hotel in the OC for managers ONLY and the admins get a measly $30 visa gift card. What a slap in the face, the amount of revenue each center collects a month you would think the big bosses would give the little people a better Christmas bonus I mean without us to bill and collect all this money for them they wouldn’t live their extravagant lives. I guess that’s corporate America. The software and phones are so outdated. There is no official training for new admin hires. No room to grow or move up. Upper management should visit centers more frequently to see the day to day care it takes to run a center. Some of the clientele can be difficult to work with, they will belittle you and there is virtually nothing to do because the customer is always right, no kind of back up from your employer.
