Mission driven company with a focus on integrity and quality - ProFocus really cares about providing a quality experience for their candidates, clients, and employees. Clear goals and career advancement: Metrics/KPI's and expectations are defined clearly and are obtainable with hard work. The training, support system, and quality coworkers provide you with everything you need to be successful in a recruitment position at ProFocus (with hard work of course) Leaders and colleagues: The leaders at ProFocus is what originally drew me to the position when interview at different companies. The leaders are experts in the industry, extremely inspiration, truly care about the employees, and are just overall great people. Benefits, compensation, and work life balance: ProFocus goes above and beyond by offering awesome (and affordable) health benefits, Unlimited PTO, competitive base salary (with an outstanding commission structure for recruiters/sales reps), and has a great work life balance. While the staffing industry does require a lot of work (often more than 40 hours a week) - you truly can become successful with hard work and are awarded with PTO, vacations, company get togethers/trips, and amazing events put on by our People and Culture team. Overall, ProFocus Technology is the best company I have ever worked for and I strongly recommend anyone that values integrity, a great place to work, and a flexible work life balance to look into working with this company.
Cons
N/A - if you aren't afraid of a little hard work and some potential longer days, this is a great place to work. As a recruiter, you have to be able to overcome rejection, obstacles, and the "lows" that are often associated with being a recruiter - but that is the same for the industry as a whole and does not reflect poorly on ProFocus. I personally would never work anywhere else in the IT Staffing Industry as nothing compares to the atmosphere, coworkers, and ability to succeed that I have experienced during my tenure here at ProFocus
