    Pros

    Good relationships with partner organizations.
    Fair pay and good benefits

    Cons

    Career advancement path is unclear
Being a staff aug for a partner company, it seems that the positioning is to be hired by the contracting company rather than advance within Prosys itself

    Advice to Management

    None

I have been working at ProSys Information Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Still have amazing bosses who actually care about their coworkers, inside and outside of work. Will always make time to sit down and talk about any issue or concern and they get down to it immediately,. Best bosses any employee could have. (Tommy/Josh) After being hired on as a full-time employee I feel like everything is running smoother and everybodys moral went up 100 percent. These guys know what they are doing and are taking care of business.

    Cons

They are fair to absolutely everbody. You try hard you get what you deserve so that is not a CON at all. I enjoy coming to work every single day.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing because people would not stay at this job if it wasn't for you guys, you guys make us want to get things done the right way. We always try our hardest.

sales significantly prioritize physical sales over professional services sales, to the detriment of the highly skills engineers.

    Advice to Management

the engineers are being heavily recruited, ensure you're doing what need to be done to retain your talent base.

    Pros

A credible company within its industry. Peosys pays above average for somilare work. There is oppoertunity to grow within a carreer

    Cons

The downside to Prosys is it is managed solely on performance at this point in time. There is very little nurturing of emplolyees or the intangibles of a great place to work

    Advice to Management

communicate more with employees and create much more transparency of mission to the company

    Pros

There is a lot of flexibility at Prosys.
    Telecommuting is not frowned upon.
They do pay for training and education as long as it's related to your position.

    Cons

Recently purchased by Pivot Investment group and a result of that have resulted in a lot of layoffs. Seems like all they care about now is maintaining a certain amount of profit and if they don't reach it they lay off people to reach it. Prosys was privately owned and took care of their employees but now it’s very political.

    Advice to Management

Prosys needs to go back to treating their employees right if they plan to keep on succeeding in the future. Or they will lose all of their good employees.
