We have a very flat management profile and even our top managers interact with everyone on a daily basis. There are options to work both on the client site and in our corporate offices and training and certification opportunities are continuous. We are a small business with large company benefits - the best of both worlds. This is a great place to work and to grow as the company grows. The employees here also want to give back to the community and we engage in three or four community based activities a year, as well as some company fun activities like an annual family picnic, birthday surprises and an annual holiday party. We have been voted one of the top places to work in Virginia two years in a row!

Being part of a young company sometimes means wearing several "hats" and sometimes that means a lot of extra hours. But everyone realizes that their extra work will grow the company, ultimately benefitting them. Management is great about recognizing extra effort.
